Taquitos Ravi: Authentic Mexican Delights in Laredo

Everytime I come here it's always packed, but that doesn't slow down the service at all or affect the quality of the food. The only drawback, depending on the time, is the parking. But other than that, I highly recommend this place.

We've been coming here for years when we lived here, now it's a must visit place every time we visit! Still haven't found anything even close in SA after 4 years. Always great tasting food and friendly service ! Stop by whenever you're around.

The best Mexican food ever. Their al pastor tacos are second to none. I had never had al pastor before. Ever since I ate their al pastor, I haven't been able to find a single Mexican restaurant that had a better al pastor than theirs. Very simple yet super tasty and juicy. I'd come back to Laredo just for this. Their menu was all in Spanish and the staff didn't speak English, which gave us the feeling that we were actually in Mexico. We also tried their bean soup. I normally don't expect bean soup to be good but theirs was astonishing. All in all, I definitely recommend this place to anyone.

On a Saturday night (February 7, 2026), the restaurant was packed. Instead of waiting, I decided to sit down and eat outside. The weather was pleasant, with temperatures in the low 70s. I ordered the steak fajitas and a margarita. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. I’m here on vacation for the Laredo Bird Festival and am staying at the La Posada Hotel. The hotel and the festival had a good selection of restaurant recommendations to support local businesses. It was a great recommendation, and it was a short drive from the hotel.

Last time I was here was before Covid and I am glad they are still here. Nice staff, laid back modern restaurant, and from the bean soup to chicken floutas and the choose your meat plate "I had rib and pork see picture" Chefs Kiss! Drive right past the chain restaurants and support local.

Visiting my mother and this place was recommended. Really fast service, nice people, and understood English. I paid the same for taco Palenque yesterday and everything was better here. The bean portions were bigger and taco prices were cheaper than taco palenque. Oh, and the guy that helped spoke English. My Spanish kinda sucks so this helps.

The food was delicious, very fresh. The portions were huge. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. Try their flan, it's delicious!

Amazing food! Everything I have tried here is great! But what keeps me coming back is the loaded hamburger with fries and their green salsa..YUM!
